Another fabulous addition to a series I am fast becoming addicted to. The variety of authors who are writing this series is amazing. Lauren Rowe’s contribution is just as entertaining as other books I have read in the series.

Savannah “Savvy” Valentine is having a really really bad dad. First she gets fired, then she discovers her boyfriend is a lying, cheating scum-bag and she has a mortgage on a house she may not be able to afford.

Leaving early for a road trip to Las Vegas to attend a school reunion, she decides to stop and drink her woes away. That may well be the best decision of her life. When an oh so sexy and hot stranger walks into the bar she decides to go for it. After all what could be the harm? It’s one night with a smoking hot guy she will never see again, or is it?

Aiden too has decided to drown his troubles but when he meets Savvy he cannot believe his luck. They really are total opposites, but you know what they say, opposites attract and Aiden and Savvy together are combustible.

Aiden has had a hard life and has felt pain and loss; Savvy is so smart, beautiful and amazing that he is drawn to her like a moth to a flame. I loved Aiden and Savvy, both separately and together.

Reading their story as it unfolds was truly a joy. The chemistry between them is so hot it is off the charts and I found myself laughing and cringing at times as they got to know one another.

I really love Ms. Rowe’s style of writing, she packs such a punch in to her characters that they almost seem to be real people that I could be friends with.

I am a big fan of Lauren Rowe and the Misadventures series so combining them together is the perfect match!
I absolutely loved this book. Lauren Rowe has a way of bringing us unique characters and stories that are well written and fun to read.

Everyone deserves a second chance whether is in a relationship or life. Savvy and Aiden are two people who happen to run into each other at a time they each simply need another chance. Aiden has paid for his mistakes and is starting over, Savvy wants to show an old high school crush that she is has come a long way and that it was his loss. As Aiden and Savvy spend more time together they find they have amazing chemistry and they want to help each other find what they have been looking for. And it seems what they have been searching for is right in front of them now!
