Dream job, fancy apartment, great family.
But there was one thing I didn’t have.
Would never have.
Then he showed up.
Rich.
Arrogant.
Condescending.
He came to me with an ultimatum, and I had no choice but to agree. I needed to convince the world that I was Nathaniel Harrington’s girlfriend so his legacy would stay intact.
Spending time with him would be difficult.
And fooling the world would be even harder.
But persuading my heart into thinking that his kisses meant nothing and that his gentle touches were all in my head, would be impossible.
I was falling for him.
But fate had other plans.
Our time was limited.
Because I knew the truth.
A truth that would end us.

Intention is a modern day twist on Peter Pan, Nathaniel is the man who never grew up and Madeline is the girl who starts off as Tink but ends up as Wendy......
This book has it all it’s full of witty magical banter and it has characters you will love instantly. This beautifully written fairytale with a hint of enemies to lovers is a must read and I recommend all my friends to one click now you won’t be disappointed. Ava Harrison is a very talented author who knows how to write a book that will make you smile and give you goosebumps.....
I fell for Nathaniel Harrington hook, line and sinker, although having said that he really was an arrogant, egotistical jerk at the beginning of the book. There were times that I wanted to smack Nathaniel across the back of the head for his behaviour. The pain and suffering that Madeline (Tink) Montgomery went through was palpable, and the anguish, sadness and sense of loss almost had me in tears.
I truly loved how independent and strong Tink was. She had no problem standing up to Nathaniel when he was overbearing and the banter between her and Nathaniel had me in stitches at times, they played off one another brilliantly.
Ava Harrison wove such an interesting story that I couldn’t put this book down. As a friendship between Nathaniel and Tink forms, it slowly morphs into so much more as their intense attraction for one another comes to the surface and cannot be ignored.
Will Nathaniel and Tink realize before it’s too late that taking a chance might well be worth the risk? Or will they both be destined to be alone forever?
Intention is an extremely well written story about coming to terms with what cannot be changed and taking a leap of faith that love, trust and hope can conquer all. It was one of those books that touched me on so many levels ; a wonderful book to read and listen too. Ava Harrison had me riveted from the first to the last page.
Ava Harrison has a wonderful way of writing that flows easily and pulls you right in and keeps you wanting more.
I enjoyed Madeline’s character when I met her in the previous books, but this story shows her true inner strength and the heartbreak she has faced for years.
Nathaniel was tough to like in the beginning. He was cocky but broken however, once he allowed you to see his vulnerability you knew you wanted him to find his happiness. It was going to take a special sassy women who challenged him and made sacrifices to help him get his priorities back in order.
Madeline and Nathaniel had amazing chemistry and I loved the give and take in their banter as well as the push and pull in their relationship.
The story as a whole takes us on a roller coaster type ride. I found myself smiling one minute and telling one of them to get it together the next, then one who give in and we would start all over. It kept the story interesting and I would recommend you take a chance on this book!
