Hush Little Baby
Life in George Washington Township and the surrounding areas has once again been shaken to its core. Young, unwed mothers are being found hacked to pieces after crude caesareans and their babies are nowhere to be found.

While overseeing the investigation, Captain Liam Goodnite receives some surprising news that just might give him the push that he needs to make the sexy Medical Examiner, Emma Parker, his once and for all.

Only Emma isn’t one to forgive and forget.

Good thing life has taught Lee some tough lessons and now he’s willing to do whatever it takes.

Jennifer Rebecca is a new author to me. I found this book to be well written with a strong story line that drew me in and kept me invested from the first to the last chapter.

The suspense was intense as George Washington Township, Captain Liam Goodnite, investigates the spate of brutal murders of women who have been brutalized and had their babies ripped from them. Not only have they been murdered but their babies are also missing.

With help from the women he has wanted for what seems like forever, Medical Examiner, Emma Parker, Liam plans to bring to justice those who have been committing these heinous crimes. Can Liam convince Emma to give him a chance and put the past behind them? One click and find out.

Jennifer Rebecca is a new author to me and after reading Hush Little Baby I’m left wondering why she hasn’t crossed my radar before now and I will certainly be checking out other works by her.
This is a well written romantic murder suspense story set in George Washington Township, it’s a story that will captivate you and have you sitting on the edge of your seat as you join Captain Liam Goodnite‘s investigation of a spate of brutal murders of woman who have been brutalised as their babies are ripped from them. Emma Parker is the medical examiner in this small town and she needs to work closely with the captain but Liam wants more than just a working relationship.......
I was captivated and drawn into this story and I couldn’t put this book down until I had read the final line, I needed to find out who was committing these terrible crimes but I also needed to see if Liam got his girl, all in all a great read and I’m looking forward to reading more by this talented author.

About Jennifer Rebecca
Jennifer is a thirty something lover of words, all words: the written, the spoken, the sung (even poorly), the sweet, the funny, and even the four letter variety. She is a native of San Diego, California where she grew up reading the Brownings and Rebecca with her mother and Clifford and the Dog who Glowed in the Dark with her dad, much to her mother’s dismay.

Jennifer is a graduate of California State University San Marcos where she studied Criminology and Justice Studies. She is also a member of Alpha Xi Delta.

13 years ago, she was swept off her feet by her very own sailor. Today, they are happily married and the parents of a 10 year old and 8 year old twins. She lives in East Texas where she can often be found on the soccer fields, drawing with her children, or reading. Jennifer is convinced that if she puts her fitbit on one of the dogs, she might finally make her step goals.

She loves a great romance, an alpha hero, and lots and lots of laughter.
