Neanderthal is the second book in the Last Man Standing series and I did enjoy the quirky characters.
It took me a little while to get into the story but I really did like Kinsey and her charm and her mind. She was honestly trying to do whats right and help her grandma.
Griff, oh my goodness me, man of not many words at all.
There is quite a bit of family drama and I couldn’t stand Griff’s Dad.
Some of the banter in this book was fantastic though and I did enjoy the storyline somewhat. The steamy moments were off the charts hot!
It was an ok read for me.
I am looking forward to the last book in the series!
