Through a series of events, I start to see Veronica for what she really is—an amazing woman who has survived her own hell to come out even stronger. I have to admit, we’re more alike than not and the attraction between us burns hot.
Maybe I was all wrong about my ability to love and commit, but when the past comes back to haunt me, can I be the man that Veronica, and Janelle, deserve?

Riggs is an extremely wonderful story in the Arizona Vengeance series by Ms Bennett.I also have to say this book is a true testament to Ms Bennetts talent as an author. Written so well, I couldn’t put it down and honestly never want the series to end. Riggs has been this broody enigma and his story opens up your eyes. In a good way, I promise!
It was a heartfelt read, it had some really beautiful words that really showed how Riggs opens up, as to be honest, I wasn’t sure how his story would go, considering the way he is in previous books in the series.
Riggs has redeemed himself, just in the way he cares for his sister and how he becomes more friendly with his teammates. On meeting Veronica, yikes, talk about a bad first impression! Lol. Needless to say the storyline goes in a way you do not expect and the drama, the struggles, the relationships and the way it ends, this book is way worth more than 5 stars.
I wholeheartedly recommend this book, put ithigh on your tbr list. Its a definite must read!
