New Release: FINN by Ashley James

FINN

Ashley James

Release Date: March 6

Meet Ashley James:

Ashley James is a romance author who enjoys writing (and reading) LGBTQIA+ books. She is from Washington State—and no, not Seattle—and currently resides in South Carolina with her two kids and hairless kitties, Goose, Maverick, and Houston. Ashley is introverted and slightly (okay, majorly) awkward. She refuses to make this section sound like a tacky dating app profile, so she won't be telling you how much she enjoys music, how she thoroughly enjoys dancing and singing in her kitchen, despite not being able to carry a tune, and she won't be telling you about her love of toxic and broken fictional men.

Falling for my girlfriend’s twin brother wasn’t what I had in mind when I hired him to be my son’s nanny.

Working on my family’s cattle ranch, the hours are long, and sometimes unpredictable, so when my regular nanny quits, leaving me in a pinch, I have to think fast.

In walks Ash Tudor.

My opposite in almost every way.

He’s cheerful and bubbly, has horrible taste in music, and does yoga in my yard almost every morning in the tightest shorts I’ve ever seen.

Not that I’m looking.

But it’s none of those things that have me scratching my head and second guessing everything I thought I knew about myself.

No… it’s the fact that he’s a him and I can’t seem to keep my eyes away, no matter how confusing that may be.

I’m nearly thirty, and never once have I looked at another man the way I catch myself looking at him.

The feelings and urges growing inside of me make no sense, and then when he gets a special delivery to the house of items he plans to use on himself, I can’t stop imagining him doing just that… Or imagining me using them on him.

But confusion and curiosity aside, I can’t fall into bed with my son’s nanny.

Doing so would be reckless and irresponsible.

No matter how tempting it may be.

What an amazing audiobook this story was brilliant.

A single dad, grumpy sunshine, and an awesome nanny made this such a wonderful journey for all.
As a rancher and a father to a four-year-old Finn requires a new nanny, Ash applies and gets the job he is a twin, his sister has been dating Finn for a short while she is more invested than Finn.
Finn who hadn't considered himself anything other than straight began to have feelings for Ash, Ash has always known his preference but can’t keep his eyes off Finn, and a glorious banter develops between them.
Eventually, they give in to their feelings being vulnerable with each other was heartwarming to read.
Alex Kydd and Gregory Salinas as the perfect narrators brought this audiobook to life! Brilliantly narrated, hot and divinely deliciously spicy.

New Release: EVERY PROMISE BROKEN by Ashley James

 EVERY BROKEN PROMISE

Ashley James

Release Date: November 15

Blurb:

Word to the wise: Getting hot and heavy one night with the broody, hot rancher in town is rarely ever a good idea.

Especially when said rancher is your ex-husband.

Conrad Strauss is the owner of Grazing Acres Ranch, home to some of the sharpest bucking bulls around.

And as Copper Lake’s only veterinarian in our small town, I have to see him more than I’d like.

It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s become manageable.

Until, of course, that night my need for him burned too hot to ignore.

The night I let my walls down and allowed myself to soak in his comfort and strong arms once more.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, now his Nana is coming to visit and she doesn’t know we’re divorced.

Conrad Strauss is many things, but a beggar he is not. So when he asks—no, pleads with—me to pretend we’re still married while she’s here, I lose all rational thoughts and tell him yes.

But this means temporarily moving back into the house where we shared so many memories. It means sleeping in our bed again. It means having his eyes on me like they never left. It means pretending I’m in love with him… when I don’t think it’s pretending at all.

It’s just a few weeks, though… how bad could it be?

Conrad Strauss, the owner of Grazing Acres Ranch, was previously married to Whit Bowmen, a veterinarian at Copper Lakes.

Although they divorced five years ago, the feelings they once shared are still evident, and they can't seem to hide them.
There's a noticeable push and pull between them, as they've both faced many challenges.
When Conrad found himself in need, he reached out to his ex-husband for support, both in his house and heart. Eventually, they had a long-awaited conversation, and love found a way to shine through once more.
The sense of family and the support from their friends have been truly heartwarming and uplifting.
