Katy Evans has written another amazing book
that ties in very well to her Real series. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Ripped.
This book is centred on Pandora, she is
Melanie’s friend( Melanie was in Rogue book #4). Pandora lost the love of her
life six years ago and we see how she has coped since then and dealing with
everyday life. We learn why she and her love became separated for so long…OMG!!
Mackenna Jones is the lead singer of the
band Crack Bikini, a strange name in itself. How Katy came up with that name,
is beyond me, really. His band mates
& manager had no about Pandora!!
With Pandora & Melanie showing up at
Crack Bikini’s concert and throwing things at the band, they get in trouble and
what happens afterwards are times filled with lies, truths come out and there
are some rather hot moments too.
Pandora is very adamant that she can resist
Mackenna’s charms but deep down she doesn’t really want to. Mackenna, even after
all these years still loves her and what we see between them will lead both of
them to their HEA. It is incredibly wonderful.
I especially loved hearing about the rest
of the characters…Melanie, Greyson, Remy and Brooke. They are forever a part of
me…a part of the REAL family and a series I absolutely LOVE.
Another absolutely amazing addition to the
REAL series, it blew me away as did all Katy’s other books. Looking forward to
reading more from Katy….add all her books to your TBR list or you are missing
out on some seriously good books.
Katy Evans grew up with books and book-boyfriends until she found a real sexy boyfriend to
love. They married and are now hard at work on their own happily ever after. Katy loves her
family and friends, and she also loves reading, walking, baking, and being consumed by her
characters until she reaches “The End.” Which is, hopefully, only the beginning...
