McHugh's Collide series, I have to say I was incredibly excited to read Amber To Ashes, that
I screamed with joy when it arrived in the mail!
Gripping
Intense
Hot
Emotional
Dark
These are words that came into my head as I was reading.
What I enjoyed about this book was the intriguing storyline that delves into Amber, Brock and Ryder's lives! Their constant innuendos and hilarious banter was funny. I laughed alot!!
There is
also an undertone of sadness throughout though, that's the general feeling I
got.
Amber's tormented childhood has shaped her in a certain way, her past
continues to haunt her but finding 2 people she undeniably connects with... Well
needless to say things don't always go to plan.
I'm unsure about Brock and his behaviour. I love Ryder, his caring side and the way he looks after the women in his life...swoon factor went through the roof there!!!
There is
also a cliffhanger and I will most definitely want to know what
happens....
