Reviews by Darlene & Irene: Grayson's Vow by Mia Sheridan

Kira Dallaire is desperate.

Some challenges in life seem too hard to overcome. With little money, and even fewer options, the quick-witted and vibrant twenty-two-year-old needs to reinvent herself. Known for her generous heart and impulsive personality, she devises a survival plan, possibly her most outrageous idea yet.

Grayson Hawthorn is losing hope.

Some obstacles in life seem too hard to overcome. Betrayal definitely being one of them. With limited capital, and dwindling resources, he is attempting to resurrect his failing family vineyard, a self-imposed vow seemingly destined to fail. That is until a young woman enters his office with an outlandish, unexpected proposition impossible to refuse.

What begins as a temporary business arrangement, soon evolves into more as vivacious, spirited Kira challenges detached, arrogant Grayson to want more from life. To want more for himself. But as their wills clash and fiery passion ignites, they'll realize that sometimes the past creates walls too difficult to climb, and that lies and deception rarely precede a happily every after.

As Kira and Grayson race toward their destiny, they will discover that some vows are meant to be broken, and others are worth risking everything for . . . even your very own heart.

THIS IS A STANDALONE SIGN OF LOVE NOVEL, INSPIRED BY LIBRA. New Adult Contemporary Romance: Due to strong language and sexual content, this book is not intended for readers under the age of 18.

Grayson's Vow by Mia Sheridan

Grayson's Vow is one of the most emotion driven reads of the year.

Mia Sheridan is a pure genius at bringing out the depths of every emotion you have, and then just when your think your heart is going to explode, she makes you laugh at loud with raw emotion and joy.

The main characters are absolutely outstanding in this book. Kira is fighting to find a way to make it on her own without the help of her overbearing and controlling father. She is a definite fighter, whose spirit and love shows in everything she does.

Grayson is a complicated character in so many ways. He has had a past that has been built on pain and lies, and he is desperately trying to prove something to himself and his family.

However, neither Kira or Grayson are alone. There is definitely and outstand secondary cast of characters that help to build this story into one that is full of emotion and hope. My wish is that we all would be so fortunate, as to have a Charolotte and Walter in our lives. Not to mention the other characters who Sheridan brings to life on each page of this incredible novel.

"True love is not only the flower, true love is also the thorns."

Grayson's Vow is a must read, full of love, loss, pain, scarifice, and love. It is one that will leave you feeling as though you are a better person, for having given into the emotions that will engulf you while reading this incredible story.

I received an ARC from the author in exchange for a review

WOW!! what a fantastic read. Mia never disappoints.

Grayson's Vow is like reading a fairy tale with a lot of twists and turns. Witches and Dragons, their little minions scurrying about.

Grasyon who owns a vineyard finds himself in a bad predicament. He isn't sure how to fix things when it comes to his vineyard when his name alone is tainted.

Kira who also is in a predicament, is running from her past trying to fix her future. When low and behold she see's Grayson and his name clicks. She knows who he is, only by word of mouth from over hearing her father.

These two are from different sides of the track but manage to collide with each other and find them selves on the right, same side of the track.

Their journey together is funny, romantic in ways and has you on the edge of your seat.

Mia will rip your heart out of your chest, tear it to pieces and then stuff it back in your body! I swear I was about to throw my kindle because I knew what was coming. I did put it down gently and went to get a drink. Talked to my husband and boys for a few. Walked back to the couch and braved the last 20% of the book.

We all have a past. It might not be all sunshine and rainbows. But when you find that special person, you will know that you found him/her. It took both Grayson and Kira FOREVER to figure this out. With a little nudge from Walter and Charlotte who are the 2 prominent people in Grayson's life. They got their "ah ha" moment.

You will learn that everything comes full circle in Grayson's Vow. Thank you Mia for another fantastic read. I can't wait for the next one.
