Just when you think that author Tia Louise cannot surprise you, she does. This time it is sexy and naughty shapeshifters. This is the story of Mercy Quinlan and Koa “stitch” Raiden.
The chemistry between Mercy and Koa is electrifying; they combust when they get together. Paranormal is not my favourite genre, but I have to say that I think Tia Louise has found another calling in this genre. Her stories are interesting and lively, full of emotion, hot sex and at times intense drama.
Koa (a black panther) is running from his past, exiled from his clan. When he happens upon Woodland Creek and the oh so sexy and feisty Mercy (a lynx) who wants her independence from her alpha sister’s control, he knows he could be in trouble.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story. I loved that both Koa and Mercy are strong and determined. I also loved that these are new characters mixed with some “old friends” from her One to Hold series. The way she intertwines these characters is nothing short of inspiring.
One Insatiable is Tia Louise writing at her best. It is sexy, naughty and amazing. I love her style of writing. I certainly hope that Tia Louise continues to write more in the paranormal genre as she certainly has a gift for it.
