What if that kiss leads to something more?
Dr. Daniel Stewart is certain it will.

To have the effects of that kiss last forever.
A story about taking a chance, opening your heart to the moment, and falling in love.

It Started with a Kiss says it all, this is a beautifully written love story. And let's be honest, with everything else going on in the world, sometimes this is just the sort book you need to read.
It's not full of drama and alpha males but is a sweet sexy read that will leave you feeling fuzzy inside with a big smile on your face.
It starts with Avery doing a favour for a friend, her best friend needs someone to fill in on her social experiment, which is kissing a stranger and Daniel is that stranger.
Daniel and Avery have an instant chemistry but Avery has some insecurities she needs to get past in her mind he is super hot and she is a plain Jane. Sometimes we find love when we least expect it.....
This is a book that is honest, it's not full of cheating, lies and drama, but for me that was a breath of fresh air, oh did I forget to say it also has some hot steamy moments but that's not what this book is about, it's about instant attraction and true love. Great read that I couldn't put down.

This was the first book I have read by Melanie Moreland and I enjoyed it and will certainly looking to read her other books.

What happens, when a first kiss turns a persons world upside immediately? That is the position that Dr Daniel Spencer and Avery Connor unexpedecdly find themselves in.
Avery is a quiet and shy woman who hasnt dated much; she cannot believe that the handsome veternarian Daniel Spencer could possible be attracted to her. I loved how Daniel worked to overcome Avery's insecurities and I must say I would love to have a Daniel in my life.

This was a steamy, passionate, romantic well written story. The characters were easy to relate to and I found myself cheering both of them on. Neither were perfect and the flaws that they had were so normal it was a pleasure to read.

There was certainly a great storyline , with passion and angst and showing that life is certainly not always a bed of roses. My only slight concern was that th characters literally fell in love overnight, not somethng that happens that often, but having said that, it is fiction and we all like to escape reality.

particularly liked that Ms..Moreland did not stop once they achieved their happily ever after and that she fleshed out their life together moving forward, I often wish other authors would do that as many times I am left to wonder.what happened next.

New York Times/USA Today bestselling author Melanie Moreland, lives a happy and content life in a quiet area of Ontario with her beloved husband of twenty-seven-plus years and their rescue cat Amber. Nothing means more to her than her friends and family, and she cherishes every moment spent with them.

While seriously addicted to coffee, and highly challenged with all things computer-related and technical, she relishes baking, cooking, and trying new recipes for people to sample. She loves to throw dinner parties, and also enjoys travelling, here and abroad, but finds coming home is always the best part of any trip.

Melanie delights in a good romance story with some bumps along the way, but is a true believer in happily ever after.  When her head isn’t buried in a book, it is bent over a keyboard, furiously typing away as her characters dictate their creative storylines to her, often with a large glass of wine keeping her company.
