“He apologized. Don’t you think you should do the polite thing and at least hear him out?”
“I don’t know.”
“You don’t know, or you’re just too scared to find out what will happen if you do?”
“Do we have to do this right now?” I sigh, and he tosses his arm around my shoulders and pulls me into his side.
“We’ve been doing this for months now. I’ve seen the way you look at him when you think no one will notice, and I see the way he looks at you, not giving a fuck if everyone sees. Even when he thought you and I were a thing, he still made it perfectly clear to those who were watching that if by some chance he got a shot, you would be his.”
“I really think you are reading way too much into this.”
“Am I?”
“I don’t know.”

Book two in the Until Him Series and this is Sage Mayson and Kimberly Cullen's story, two very strong characters that I fell in love with.
Sage and Kim have tried to get together in a previous book and the outcome was not pretty, it tore them apart, will this time be any different, Sage maybe a bad ass alpha but in this book we get to see his softer side , we get to meet the man that regrets walking away from Kim but that doesn't mean he will be grovelling it just means he now knows what is needed to get her back in his life but is Kim ready to risk her heart again.....
I love how Aurora Rose Reynolds writes, she always gives us strong characters that have smoking chemistry and she always gives us real life backgrounds, in this book both Sage and Kim are adopted and although they don't realise it they are both following the same path. I don't want to give to much of this story away so all I'm going to say if you love bad ass alpha males, strong women and second chance love stories this is a must read. Im really looking forward to Harmony's story which I believe is next.

This is only the second book I have read from Ms, Reynolds and is Book two in The Until Him series, however, I was able to follow the story without having read the previous book.
I fell for the swoon worthy Sage Mayson from the start, there was just something about him that got to me. This is a second chance at love story and one I really enjoyed. Sage Mayson let Kimberly Cullen get away once and has regretted it; now he has a chance to change things and he is going to take it. However, will the secrets from the past come back to haunt them and cause more devastation?
This was a non stop read full of emotional turmoil and one I didn't want to finish. The banter between Sage and Kim was awesome and you could almost feel the tension as feelings deepened between the two of them and the chemistry intensified.
I enjoyed Ms. Reynolds style of writing and will certainly be looking to read her other books.
