Castle of Kings is the first book by Betty Shreffler that I have read. I really like MC books so I decided to give it a try.
Jake is definitely the guy that you want to hate but just can’t. He is a womanizer until the right woman comes along and for him that is Liz. She is doesn’t shy away from speaking her mind and doesn’t put up with any crap. Together their chemistry is off the charts. My only complaint is that I wish there less sex scenes (even though they were hot) and more to the actual story.
