What’s not to love about Gemma a sweet caring girl with a heart of gold some may see her as weak but when her friends or clients backs are against the wall she shows the feisty side to her nature and her loyalty shines through. Zach really does prove you should never judge a book by its cover because the neighbor who has been given the nickname of Bigfoot steps up when needed even to help the girl who on the face of it hates him........
I loved how this story unfolded I love Gemma and Zach and I love this authors style of writing there is no doubt in my mind Lila Monroe is up there amongst the best when it comes to her hilarious rom-coms and this book is certainly a must read. Looking forward to the next in this series.

This is book one in an exciting new series from Lila Monroe and in my opinion she is off to a flying start.
This is an enemies to lovers story and Lila Monroe had me from chapter one in this fun, quirky and oh so entertaining read.
I loved Gemma, such kind and caring woman who goes out of her way to support to all who need her.
Gemma and Zach are neighbours and when Gemma seeks his assistance to gain a promotion at work, the sparks fly. Initially Zach refuses but after reconsidering he decides to allow Gemma to make him over.
This is the start of a fantastic story that will have you laughing out loud as well as cringing at times.
This is an excellent example of Romantic Comedy at it’s finest and I recommend you one click ASAP, I don’t think you will be disappointed.
Looking forward to more in the series.

I really enjoyed this rather different story which gave me a few laughs and was fun to read too!
I really liked the characters especially Gemma and her friends, the banter was rather witty and really true to a girls night and support they give each other!
Zach! Gemma had some rather endearing names for her neighbor! He was certainly different but also a genuine guy, underneath it all and his best friends, well I really loved them!!
Ah what a refreshing story! I thought the way the storyline went was great but I just knew due to Zachs past, something was going to happen!
I rather liked the way Gemma tackled her job, she was a caring person who wanted only whats best for her clients and it certainly showed!
