I’m so pleased to be back in the world of Damien and Nikki Stark and from past experience with these guys I should have know it wasn’t going to be easy just when you think their life is perfect something from the past has them slipping back into  the darkness that often surrounds Damien. 
Damien isn’t himself Nikki knows this because she knows this man better than she knows herself and she needs to get him back on track but is she capable of breaking down the wall he has put up..
This short read was perfect and as with all J.Kenners books about the Starks I was left wanting more and this novella has really wetted my appetite for the Stark Security Series. Damien and Nikki are a couple with so much love for each their family and close friends and I love to escape into their world which is full of emotion, passion, intrigue and lots of love. Looking forward to more from this author.





A fun quick and steamy read to add to the Stark world. Damien and Nikki are as busy as ever. Nikki developing an app and juggling motherhood. Damien seems to be a little distracted so she plans a weekend getaway to San Francisco. Of course nothing will go to plan and life will soon get in their way.
I haven't had a chance to read the other books about Damien and Nikki but I intend to one click as soon as time permits. Having said that I had no trouble reading this novella and after reading Please Me they have moved up the list for me to grab and read as soon as possible.
The relationship between Damien and Nikki is intense and passionate and I can only guess at their history at this time, but it seems that they are more in love than ever. Please Me shows us how balancing work and family can lead to misunderstandings and frustrations, it is full of humour and the chemistry between Damien and Nikki sizzles.




Please Me is a quick steamy read from the world of Damien Stark. I just can’t get enough of this couple!  They have such deep love and passion for each other and a connection that no matter what is thrown their way they will manage to get through it together.
