Until Cobi was everything I expected and more as soon as I opened my e-reader to the first page I felt like I was home spending time with family and friends. Cobi has inherited everything good from his parents he has his mothers gentle heart and soul and his fathers strength and sense of humour and he also has all the great traits we love from every Mayson man.
Hadley Emerson has not has an easy life, her upbringing is something she would rather not speak about and she only ever hears from her parents when they want something and the thing she is really struggling with is why a cop who happens to be the boy everyone crushed over at school would even take a second look at her let alone want more....
Cobi Mayson is a Mayson man through and through he never gives up on what he wants and he has his heart set on Hadley, he does everything in his power to tie their life’s together to convince her that it’s him that will protect her and that the safest place for her is in his house with him and his adorable mastiff dog......
I could go on and on about this book but I’m not going to I’m going to say this is one of my top reads for 2018 and you need to read it. It has the perfect mix of passion, love and humour, it has adorable characters that you can’t help loving, it’s a love story with the most important thing being the friendships the family and the loyalty that the Mayson clan share. Aurora Rose Reynolds has given us a family we will love forever these books will be read and re read and I can’t wait for more from this very talented author who fast became a go to author for me.
