“Why are you so hellbent on denying that we kissed?” he interrupted heatedly, splashing water to the side.
Some of the droplets sprayed my neck and chin, and I let out a gasp of outrage.
“Because!” It was my turn to slap the water, making sure some of it hit Aiden’s chest.
“Because why?” He splashed me again. Definitely on purpose this time. “Our lips touched. That’s a real kiss.”
Shoving my hands forward with all the force I could muster, I caused a wave to arc straight to Aiden’s face. I had to bite the inside of my cheek to hold in my smile when he sputtered and scrubbed his eyes.
“It was my first kiss,” I said, once he could see me again.
“Mine, too.”
I wanted to scream that it was my only kiss, but that would’ve been giving him too much power. “It’s the one that’s supposed to be important and magical. The one that’s supposed to be longer than a millisecond. It’s not your fault that it didn’t last longer, but I feel cheated—”
Without warning, Aiden lunged forward. For a second, I thought he was starting the splash war again, but instead of water, I was assaulted by a slab of hard muscle.
Backing me against the wall, he smashed his lips to mine.
Surprised, I gasped as a lifetime of pent-up passion overflowed in the form of a hard press of his mouth.
Now this… this was a kiss.

Ever read a story that had so much love in it and characters that made your heart soar as well as leave you with a smile, that you couldn’t put it down and got so invested in their lives??!! This one had it all!
So much to love about this book! Just so much!! It was their chemistry that drew me into their story!
If ever there was a couple that were destined to be together, Aiden and Corinne are definitely that couple! Since a tragedy has kept them apart will they still have feelings for each other??!!
Is there still that undeniable connection that bounds them??
Not sure what more I can say but expect some drama, some rather hilarious moments as well as some steamy and really beautiful moments that will make you want to live in this book and be a part of their lives!
So incredibly beautiful and entertaining to read! Definitely a must read and one of the best love stories this year! The author has done an amazing job capturing Aiden and Corinne’s story! She should be incredibly proud! Can’t wait to see what she writes next!

This book certainly ticked every box for me, a second chance romance that’s sweet with characters you will fall in love with. Book 3 in the Night Time Television Series and this is Aiden and Corrie’s story. Aiden is a rising county music star and when he is offered a reality show where he can judge and mentor music hopefuls he jumps at the chance what he never expected to find on this tropical island was the one that got away, the girl he could never forgot.......
Aiden not only broke Corrie’s heart he crushed her but she needs this job so she can only hope by keeping her head he won’t notice her and everything will work out ......
He wants a second chance but will she be prepared to give him it .......
This fun steamy romance was everything I love in a great read, I love a man who knows what he wants and is prepared to admit his mistakes. This love story is all about reconnecting and stolen moments and it captivated me from the first page to the very last line. If you love Second Chance Romance this book must surely be on your radar in fact I will go as far to say it should be a must read!!!!!
