I am the worst twin sister in the world. The absolute worst. How could I do this?

But I’m not surprised, because I’ve always liked his company. He’s funny and clever, and he has this irreverent side that’s fascinating and wildly entertaining.
But we were only supposed to go snowboarding.

It all seemed innocuous, right? A day on the slopes in January.
At the end of the final run, the sun had already set, and we headed into the ski lodge and made plans to meet for dinner.
I didn’t even drink at dinner. Neither did he. We just talked the whole time, and there was candlelight. Stupid candlelight. And he was flirting, and he always flirts, but this time . . . this time we weren’t in New York. We were far enough away I could forget everything that went wrong years ago.
     



It’s amazing when you read a story that makes you laugh, you really like the characters and their interactions with their friends and family and finish the story thinking, I just thoroughly enjoyed this book!
I devoured this wonderful story! Jason has such interesting jobs and he's rather talented in what he does and Truly is brilliant at her bar! They get on famously but what happens when one night they succumbed to temptation?? Will they pursue things or stay permanently in the friend zone!
The banter is just so flipping good and the storyline was intriguing and just very entertaining! 






Lauren Blakely has become one of my go to authors for romantic comedy books; there is something about her writing that gets to me every time. This is the second book in the series and can be read as a stand alone but honestly I would grab Satisfaction Guaranteed as well, it was just as good. 
This is Jason Reynolds and Truly Goodman and Instant Gratification is a friends to lovers story that ticked the boxes for me. 
Jason is Malone’s best friend and Truly is Malone’s sister so these two have met frequently and at one point had a wild night of passion. It was great to see Malone and his fiance Sloan making an appearance in the book as well, it is one of the things I enjoy about Ms.Blakely’s stories, old friends are always popping in to make an appearance which really adds to the enjoyment.
There is so much to like about all the characters characters Ms.Blakely writes about and I would be happy to have them as my friends. Truly is a successful business woman who owns her own restaurant and bar and is independent and focused, whilst Jason has a unique job as a Best Man For Hire along with doing his podcast’s and is just as successful. The relationship that they both have with Malone is heartwarming and adds an additional layer to the book.
The banter between Truly and Jason had me in stitches at time, it is obvious that their relationship is founded first and foremost on a strong friendship that morphs in to so much more. The camaraderie between all the friends and their support of one another is just as amazing. Did I mention the chemistry between Truly and Jason? No? Well it is electrifying and there were times that I could feel it sizzling around them. 
Instant Gratification will make you laugh, it will make you smile and at times may frustrate you but most of all it will entertain you.



This is a story that will captivate you, it will draw you in and as always this very talented author will make you feel part of this elite group of family and friends that Instant Gratification is based around.
This is the second book in the series and I  think it can certainly be read as a stand-alone but I would recommend one clicking Instant Guarantee, you won’t be disappointed. 
Jason is Malone’s best friend and Truly is Malone’s sister so these two know each other but you know what they say about dating your best friends sister.... Jason has a very unusual job and at times he needs a plus one for his Best Man for hire and Truly seems the perfect choice after all she has been his friend for many years but what happens when friendship turns into more will Jason risk  his friendship with Malone or will his feelings for Truly be worth more than friendship.....
A wonderful story that’s full of amazing characters with plenty of witty banter this book has it all because let’s not forget the sizzling chemistry Jason and Truly share as well as the camaraderie shared between this group of friends. You will laugh, you will giggle and you will certainly swoon so please get your one click finger working and get this must read for all romantic comedy lovers.
