Layla Hagen is a new author to me and why that is I have no idea. I love stories based around Christmas, it’s my most favourite holiday of the year.
I have no doubt that Sienna Hensley and I would be good friends as she loves everything about the holiday season, as do I.
Winston Statham is her new boss, arrogant, hot as sin and an alpha who sets her heart racing, despite the fact that she just went through a break up.
Winston is focused on saving the business and the last thing he needs is to be attracted to Sienna.
I loved the build up of Sienna and Winston’s relationship. Getting to know one another , the chemistry between them intensifies.
The writing was strong and the characters were easy to relate to and I found myself captivated by Sienna and Winston’s story.
This is a feel good book that left me with a smile on my face and certainly got me in the mood for the holiday season.
Layla Hagen is a new author to me and if I’m honest I was drawn to this book because it’s set in my favourite time of the year the magical holiday season but I need to read more by this author because I loved everything about this book, the plot, the characters and this authors style of writing.
Sienna Hensley is the girl I would love to have as a friend, like me she loves everything about the holiday season and it takes everything she has got to bring her new arrogant boss Winston Statham over to her way of thinking when it comes to the magical season we call Christmas. Winston may be focused on saving the family business but that doesn’t mean he is blind when it comes to his attractive assistant but what does surprise him is the feeling being mutual.....This is a book with all the feels, it’s magical, it’s romantic, there’s plenty of sizzling chemistry as well as some witty banter and it has a couple I adored. Great read and I’m looking forward to more from this very talented author.
