Melody
I knew going too far would be a mistake, but at that moment, I was willing to risk it all. This was my chance to reel him in before he had a moment to change his mind. I rotated my hips around, working his fingers deeper inside me. The way he was transfixed on me, practically drooling, made me feel invincible. It was now or never. The point of no return.
He was going to be mine.
“I’ve fantasized about you fingering me just like this…”
“Oooh, yeah?” He pushed his fingers in deeper, faster.
“...Uh-huh. You fucking me from behind…me on top.” I moaned as the pleasure ricocheted through me, my fantasies flooding my brain. I still couldn’t believe this was happening. This is the first book I have read by this author and if I’m totally honest the reason I was drawn to it was because it’s set in the wonderful magical holiday season. I love Christmas and I love Christmas romances and A Picture Perfect Christmas was just what the doctor ordered, it hit all the right notes and I’m left wondering why I haven’t come across this author before now.
Darren Hayes and Melody Boyer were once best friends but that was before he left town after one fateful night of passion, he left without giving her a reason why so why is he back now and after 5 years of healing will her heart be broken again, Darren may be looking to pick up where they left off but Melody has other ideas, this time around she wants more ......
This is a quick read but it still packs a mighty punch, sizzling chemistry and a second chance at love all wrapped up in the Christmas Spirit make this a enjoyable entertaining read.

JP Uvalle is a new author to me. I love stories based around Christmas, it’s my most favourite holiday of the year.
This is a second chance at love story about Darren Hayes and Melody Boyer who were once best friends. She has been in love with him for years but he had no idea, until one night changed their relationship.
However, Melody was destroyed when Darren left town the next day leaving her behind. Fast forward 5 years and he is now back in Hudson Heights wanting to pick up where they left off. Is a friends with benefits relationship going to be enough for Melody?
Can Melody forgive him for leaving so abruptly? The chemistry between them is smoking hot but what if that is all that lies between them? Is it enough? Sometimes you can’t see what is right in front of you and Darren is certainly blind.

JP, is a beautifully twisted soul who has the divine ability to make the unbelievable believable.
A Colorado girl born and raised, she graduated with a degree in veterinary medicine and worked seven years as a full-time ER tech.
Marriage and two beautiful kids later, she currently works part-time at a general practice assisting in surgeries and performing dentals.
When JP is not saving lives or coming up with my next plot twist, she loves traveling and spending time with family and friends!
