This is the first book I have read by this author and after reading Wicked Hearts I’m left wondering why. I really enjoyed this read even though I haven’t read the previous books, I had no problem following the story or getting to know the characters so I can honestly say Wicked Hearts can be read as a stand-alone although I’m sure like me you will want to catch up with the previous stories.
If you Ike small town romances look no further than this book, it’s a slow burn that will appeal to all romance readers, it has wonderful characters and it’s well written. This book has all the feels, it’s fun, it’s romantic and it’s low on angst, it’s the type of book that leaves you swooning and wanting more so I highly recommend you one click this gem of a read. Looking forward to playing catch up with the previous books in the Poplar Falls Series as well as looking at any new works by this talented author.
