Smitten is my first read by the author and I am definitely very smitten!

Throughout the whole storyline, I had a huge smile on my face! I really loved everything about this book and the characters Fish and Alessandra with their honesty, trust and beautiful words just blew me away!
Smitten will have you feeling that all is right in the world with how the friendship between the two characters develop. Its just wonderful to see that they get along so well, everyone needs a romance like that in their lives. Incredibly caring heartfelt souls that have found each other!
Its so beautiful! Everything out of Fish’s mouth caused me to swoon! Big time!
The words penned in this book were inspirational, heartwarming and downright beautiful, a book that will make your heart so happy just as it has mine!
An absolute must read! Now I need to read more of Ms Rowe’s work!

Since Fish from 22 Goats was introduced in another series, I have been intrigued with him and I knew that the woman who caught and kept his attention would be someone special and Alessandra is certainly that.

Fish is a character that seems like such a great person, someone that you cannot help but fall for. I loved Alessandra, such a wonderful character and it was great to see some familiar faces pop up throughout the book.

The chemistry between Fish and Alessandra was intense and I loved the relationship that developed between them, their friendship was honest. Smitten is a book that is hot, steamy, funny,romantic, sweet and ticked all the boxes for me.

As I have come to expect from a Lauren Rowe book it was well written; I was riveted from chapter one and had a hard time putting it down when real life got in my way.

I am completely smitten with Smitten! Lauren Rowe has a knack for writing amazing, memorable characters that warm your heart, make you smile and have you wishing they could be your friends! Her storylines are always memorizing, heartwarming and keep you wanting more. Well, Smitten is all that and more!

This book can easily be read as a stand-alone but if you are familiar with her previous books then you have met Fish. He is a bit awkward, sweet and has a big heart but he has never seen himself as a superstar heartthrob. So when he meets shy, innocent Alessandra he feels something deep down in his sole! The best part is that she feels it too!
Fish and Alessandra’s story is a one of a kind love story that is a perfect combination of sweet and awkward moments as these two get to know each other with the addition of a sweet slow burn that ignites into a hot flame when they follow their hearts and that connection that keeps pulling them together!

If you are looking for a fun, sweet, entertaining read look no further than Smitten by Lauren Rowe. You know a book is special when you are drawn in by the writing, the story and the characters and Smitten is certainly amongst my best reads of 2020. I have waited a while for Fish from 22 Goats story but it was worth the wait, a man you can’t help loving but you always knew he would need a special woman to tame him and become a permanent fixture in his life and Alessandra is the perfect match. 

This story ticked all my boxes, the chemistry between Fish and Alessandra is sizzling and the friendship that turned into love was just what I expected from the man who has fast become my latest book boyfriend. The characters are adorable, the romance is steamy yet sweet at times and the  banter is perfection, and what can I say about the music Ms Rowe wrote for this story apart from it’s the perfect wedding first dance and fits this couple to a tee, so please make sure you click on the link on the last page of this book because it’s a song you will want to hear and I’m sure like me you will be wishing you had a song like this at your wedding. I was captivated from the first page to the last line and I highly recommend Smitten to all romance lovers.
