Everyone has always told me I'm the best baker. My family, my friends, my town. Going on a televised baking competition should have been a dream come true, but it turned into my worst nightmare. Now, I need to start over in a new town, and with an old friend.
Dario Wells was once honest with me, and I punished him for it. I'm getting a second-chance at making things right--and falling back in love with him. But I need to believe in myself before I can believe in a future for us.

I worked hard to become a successful businessman, but there's always been something missing. Or someone. When Tira Coulson needs me, how can I say no? She hasn't talked to me in six years, but I've never stopped loving her.
It's time for me to prove to both of us that I can be the man who treasures her above all else--and maybe get her to bake for me again.

Although not a long book there was so much happening that I was riveted from the first to the last chapter. I thoroughly enjoyed this second chance at love story about Dario (Dare) Wells and Tira (Misu) Coulson.
If you are a fan of Kristen Proby’s then you will recognize the ladies of Seduction, and it was great to see them make an appearance in Treasure You. Appearing on a televised baking competition, Tira is left completely shattered when her creation gets her kicked off the show first. All her life, her family and friends (with one exception, can you guess who?) have told her how much they love her creations. Has it all been a lie? Unable to face the people of her hometown, she escapes to Portland and an old family friend to try and get her life back.
Dare lost the only women he ever loved 6 years ago when he told her the truth about one of her baked goods. Tira has never forgiven him and yet it is to him that she goes when she needs a place to stay. Seeing her again, only confirms what he has always known, he still loves her, to him she will always be his Misu.
I loved the banter between them as well as Dario and Carson and Dario and Bran, his best friend and Tira’s brother. It was heart warming to watch as Dare works to convince Tira to take a second chance on him and his love.
The epilogue was swoon worthy, just like Dario; a fun and entertaining read and I do hope that Carson and Bran both get their own books.
This may be a quick read but it still packs a mighty punch and it left me wanting more from successful business man Dario Wells and small town baker Tiramisu known to her friends as Tira.
Tira has always baked and the residents of the small town she lives in love her creations....or do they.
A appearance on a national tv cooking competition has her finding out the hard way and she is left licking her wounds, the town may have not been honest with her but there is one person who always told her the truth but she walked away from him many years ago because of that honesty.
Dario may have a successful business but he doesn’t have the girl he has thought about every day since he was brutally honest about her baking, that one dessert ruined their friendship and ruined Tira‘s chance of winning the cooking competition so can he make amends now and can he install the convenience needed to get her baking again....
I loved everything about this read, the characters are wonderful, the story believable and the banter is perfect. Treasure You is second chance / small town romance at its best, it will appeal to a wide audience and it’s a book I highly recommend. I will certainly be reading this book again because it has all the feels I want in a great read.

Crystal Perkins has always been a big reader, but she never thought she would write her own book, until she sat down in 2014 and did it. She's now published over 40 books, and has been featured in several anthologies as well.
She lived in Las Vegas for over a decade, where you could find her running author events and winning bookseller awards. She's currently living in North Dakota to be closer to her family, but she still considers Vegas to be her home city. When she's not reading a few hundred books a year or chasing after her grandson, you can find her watching hockey (Go Knights Go!) and trying to find the perfect shade of lipstick.
She loves Star Wars AND Star Trek, but if pushed to choose, it will always be Leia and her crew who come out on top. Her love of all things nerdy comes through in her book characters, no matter the genre. A mac and cheese connoisseur, she travels the world looking for the perfect version, while attending book conventions and signings as a cover for her research. Poutine research is also conducted regularly on her trips.
