Only One Night is Manning’s story and what a ride we are sent on. I honestly have to say this is my favourite book out of the series and I just loved everything about it.
Manning may be a professional hockey player however his home life is putting a real dampener on his life..with the exception of his son, he needs some peace.
Meeting Evelyn changes everything and their journey is not without complications.
Manning is a wonderful father. He cares. He does need to make some very important decisions about his future. Is there a light at the end of the tunnel for Manning. No spoilers but lets just say the emotional moments and struggles, made this book one I couldn’t put down. So excited for more of the series to come.
5 Big Stars for Only One Night! This book is a fantastic addition to The only One series and had me engaged from the first page to the last.
It is the perfect combination of memorable characters, steamy moments and a wonderful storyline!
Neither Manning nor Evelyn ever thought that one night could change their lives but their instant attraction, connection and chemistry has lit a spark for both of them. Fate has also played a part in keeping them in each other’s lives but before they can take the next step in their relationship Manning has to find a way to keep his son safe and move on from the problem that has been making him miserable for years.
When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It's a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn't listen to her...
