Jaxon Bentley, lawyer extraordinaire, is my new hero! His compassion, his whole demeanor is a credit to himself! I so loved this story where Jaxson defends Scarlett when she is accused of killing her husband! Jaxon is a very thorough lawyer, doing his utmost to support his clients! His friendships with his co workers and his best friend is wonderful!

What I enjoyed about this story was the suspense, the tension, the words that flowed and the emotional moments too!

I had tears, I laughed, I sympathized with the characters and just immersed myself into the story!

This book is a credit to the author for writing such an enjoyable read!!

 

This is book two in the conflict of Interest Series but even though we met Jaxon Bentley in book one I  think you could read these books as standalones.
Jaxon Bentley a hot criminal lawyer is defending the aloof Scarlett Reyes who has been accused of murdering her police officer husband, all the evidence is saying she did it can Jaxon prove her innocence and why did he take this case  because on the face of it he will lose and Jaxon Bentley is not a loser. 

The attraction is instant but will their pasts get in the way of their love for each other after all one is broken and one is abused. 

This book had my emotions all over the place, it’s sweet yet heartbreaking and it has some unexpected twists.  I loved how the author bought the Wind Dragon MC  into the story without them taking it over and I loved the strength and depth of her characters, I can’t wait for book three and I really hope it’s Hunter’s story. Great read.

I thoroughly enjoyed this quick lawyer read. 

It had some sizzling tension, some funny moments but all around an enjoyable read.

I really liked the characters, the whole story had me hooked and I loved how it ended! 

Short but sweet and sometimes that's all we need in a good book.

I love Chantal Fernando's MC Series and I have to say this book is very different to those stories in fact it's very different to any book I have read.
It's a very emotional quick read that is centred around Taye and Eli, it's all about instant attraction and instant lust. Taye is normally a shy introverted girl except when she ventures into nightclubs then she lets loose and the dancing takes over, add a few shots in and all her inhibitions disappear and this is where she met Eli who happens to be extremely hot. Taye has a list, it's a list of things she wants to experience in her life, it's a sexual list and having a one night stand is on that list.The problem is will one night be enough for both of them or will feelings get in the way.
There is no doubting the chemistry between these two but I have to say I didn't like Eli very much at the start of the book and I did find it a bit hard to get into but I'm glad I did persevere because I did not see that ending coming .....
Very quick enjoyable read.

Not sure what to make of this book to be honest, at the end I was left wondering, questioning myself and thinking,”huh??” Why??

This is something so different by this author and I did find the book difficult to get into. I wasn’t sure what to make of some of the characters and I felt somewhat sad about certain things too. Eli was a really strange character. Wasn’t sure what to make of him. Taye, I liked and I felt she let her wild side out with some drinks.

At one point you are left wondering will they, wont they…is this a friendship, is it just friends with benefits, is there a secret someone is harbouring????

It was a good book but left me confused.

As soon as I heard about this book coming, I was so excited to read Rangers story, to find out more about the man that is best friends with Talon!!

This story had suspense that ripped my heart out and a love story that involves two very different people and you wonder how that will work out

I loved Johanna's attitude, her fire and the way she was trying to protect herself from becoming more with Ranger!

That man, I swear, to me he came across as a big teddy bear! He's strong, determined and driven plus with the MC family by his side, he has it all!! Or does he??

I devoured this book and thought the characters worked incredibly well together!

Where would be without the suspense in an mc book? I was drawn into wondering if they would find Johanna's cousin! The what, why, when... entered my mind!

I loved reading about the rest of the gang from the Wind Dragons, they really are a wonderful caring family that will do anything for their own!

The way things worked out was beautiful and I wonder what's next!!

A truly great addition to this series!

This is book 6 in the Wind Dragons Series but it really can be read as a standalone. I haven't read all of the books in this series, but that didn't detract from my enjoyment of this book.

Johanna is not only one of the police officers assigned to find the missing girl she is also her cousin. Is she prepared to work with a member of a MC club, even though she knows she needs his skills to navigate the underground world...

What happens when feelings start coming into the mix, you will need to read the book to find out.

The characters have sizzling chemistry, the banter between them will bring a smile to your face and the story is full of twists and turns. Once I started reading there was no putting down and I really hope we get more from The Wind Dragons MC. Brilliant read.
