What does a wish granter and a music star have in common? A broken soul!

Lexie who is a nurse in the children's ward has seen death first hand. Not just at work but at home as well. She lost her sister when she was younger. The one way to keep her sister's memory thriving is helping sick kids by granting one wish.

While trying to grant a wish she met Kaleb. He was such an a@@ when he first met Lexie. She was hurt by what he said and she knew this was 1 wish wasn't going to be able to grant. Little did she know Kaleb had a change of heart and granted that wish.

Kaleb he lost his mother when he was in his teens. Lexie and Kaleb share that, that loss of a loved one and they can see it in each others eyes. They just didn't know who they lost until they started talking and getting to know one another.

These 2 broken souls come together and have a whirlwind of a ride. Kaleb being an a@@ and Lexie sticking by his side. That is love, and dedication. With all the screw up's that Kaleb manages to get himself into. He sweet talk's Lexie right back out of them.

Their chemistry was electrifying. Their banter was funny, and smooth.

You really need to pick this book up to see what kind of wishes Lexie grants. How Kaleb and Lexie's relationship goes on their bumpy ride. Is there a HEA?? You have to read it for yourself to find out.

I feel this book by Gabbie is outstanding!
There are so many feels, it's both heartwrenching and heartwarming!
Lexie is an oncology nurse, she looks after kids and the lengths she goes to to keep them happy, is truly amazing!
I loved her, her annoyance when she first meets Kaleb is understandable!
Kaleb is the lead singer of the band the Dragon Knights! Lexie went to meet him at a concert to convince him to meet a patient of hers! But things don't go to plan. What happens after this meeting is a real story, full of surprises!
The way Lexie and Kaleb connect, the trials and tribulations as with any two people getting to know each other, well let me tell you not much at all, lol. This is a book you need to read for yourself!
Kaleb keeps a big secret from her and Lexie is extremely unhappy about it, not to mention the reaction from his band mates!
This is a book that will tug at your heartstrings!
I loved how it ended, loved the whole book and cannot wait to see what the next book in this series brings!
Well done Gabbie on writing another sensational book!

“Lexie?”

“Yeah, buddy?”

He sucks in a deep breath before saying, “Do you think there are stars in heaven?”

“Of course there are. There is anything your little heart desires.”

“Even my hot fudge sundaes?” His question causes me to lightly laugh. Of course he asks about his favorite dessert that he has been craving for the past month.

“Even your hot fudge sundaes,” I reply. “Before you know it, you’ll be having a stomach ache from eating too much sugar.”

This causes his mother to whimper as she struggles against surrendering to the breaking point. She’s always fought to not break down in front of Braden. She doesn’t want him to see how upset this entire situation makes her.

He brightens from the response, his eyes returning to the show above us. The entire time my view is locked on the little angel in front of me, knowing everything I’ve done tonight to make this possible is still not enough for him. He deserves more. He deserves a lifetime worth of years to gaze up at the stars, not borrowed hours as we wait, wondering when the end will come.

Unfortunately, the wait wasn’t long. Braden took his last breath two days later. I was at his side, holding his mother’s hand when he gave his last smile before closing his eyes for the final time. He took a piece of my heart with him at that very moment, but they all have.

Blog Tour, Reviews by Marina & Irene, Giveaway: Unspoken Temptation by Gabbie S. Duran

UNSPOKEN TEMPTATION
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: May 11, 2015

GET YOURS TODAY!

She’s a temptation he can’t resist …
Trey Johnson is far from ready to be tied down to a single girl. His carefree, no rules lifestyle is as perfect as it can be. That is, until he meets a girl who captivates his attention by resisting his playful charms.

She’s the one girl he isn’t allowed to touch …
Victoria Montgomery’s prim and proper upbringing was designed to prepare her for life as the perfect daughter to the future president.  When she meets the one guy her father has always warned her to stay away from, she can no longer live by their rules.

Are they strong enough to resist their attraction, or will they surrender to their unspoken temptation?

Wow! I so enjoyed reading this book, it definitely is a great addition to this series! I loved Victoria and Trey! They were characters that really had to work to get to a good place! Some of the stuff that came out of Treys mouth was not good and i really felt for Victoria. Seeing how things are going with Abigail and Matt and their little one was just so wonderful, they are true friends to Trey as well as family! I loved reading about Treys family too! It was nice to learn How he came to be where he is today! This book has it all, drama, humour, hotness! I think this book makes you think that what it all comes down to, is that there is always something worth fighting for! I loved the way it ended and I hope we see more great books from Gabbie! Add it to your TBR list!!

What can I say? Trey likes his girls in a drunken stupor. Except that one girl. The one he doesn't really want but he is denying himself. One night that is all it takes. One night with her and the rest of those drunken stupors mean nothing.
Victoria she doesn't normally go around having one night stands. She keeps herself. She works hard and stays out of the lime light. That is until Trey walks into her life. She doesn't know much about him or his past. She does know that she can't keep him out her head. That one night plays over and over like a broken record.
These 2 they play hot and cold with each other. One minute they are all flirty and the next Trey opens his big mouth and ruins the whole thing.
I do have to say though Trey steps up and takes care of what is his. Or what he would like to be his.
He finds this out when all hell breaks loose and he takes Victoria away to a place where he doesn't think anyone would find her.
Their lives change on this trip. The "just friends" gets said so much that Victoria actually believes it. It isn't until someone has a sit down with Trey and makes him use is brain for once. Victoria is HIS and will always be HIS weather he likes it or not.
Kind of felt like their story was pushed a little bit. Like hurry up and get it over with. I am glad I got to read their story. I kind of thought it was going to play out a bit like Matt's and Abigail's did. Don't get me wrong I loved it just as much.
There are surprises in here you wouldn't believe. Grab your copy today and find out.

“Princess, you’re not helping with my hard-on.” I’m already pulling into my driveway when I say it. Thank God. I don’t know how I would react if she were to speak anymore dirty thoughts while I was on the road. Killing the engine, the phone call still continues.
I can hear her heavy breathing as she asks, “Were you serious about reminding me about that night?”
Now I’m the one practically panting.
“Yes.”
“Then remind me.”
Swallowing deep, I contemplate whether to take her offer or not.
“I can’t truly do it with the distance we have between us,” I say as I remember she’s in Seattle and I’m now back in Portland. Hector is telling me to start the engine and speed over to her, but my mind is the only coherent one at the moment, informing me it would be a waste of time. I have to take advantage of what I have: her voice.
I can hear her disappointed sigh.
Closing my eyes, I remember every detail of the night.
“Every inch of your body felt like silk,” I huskily tell her. “I couldn’t get enough of touching you. I still dream about it to this day.” She rewards me with a moan that echoes throughout the car.
“Your kisses tasted of the champagne you drank that night. I’ve never liked the taste of champagne until I kissed you. You make me crave it.”
Hector is straining to be let out at this point. Reaching down, I try to shift him in my pants, but it makes it worse as my hand makes contact and she lets out another moan.
“Why did I leave?” she complains.
It’s the bucket of cold water I needed to remind me of how she marched out of my life the next morning.
“Why did you leave?” I ask, wanting clarification myself.
“Because it shouldn’t have happened.” Another cold bucket of water returning me to reality.
“I think I better let you go,” I regretfully inform her.
“What if I don’t want to let you go?”
The admission has me stiffening in my seat.
“Let me ask you something, Victoria.”
“What happened to princess?”
Ignoring her question, I get to the point. “Why did you really call me tonight?”
I receive silence for a couple of seconds.
“I don’t know,” she admits.
“Then I think it’s best I let you go. Goodnight, Victoria.” Pushing the button on the screen, I end the phone call.
The satellite radio returns to playing music, and ironically it’s playing “Am I Wrong.”
I don’t receive another phone call immediately after hanging up on her as I did earlier, which is for the best. I already know I shouldn’t be playing with fire, and she is the flame of desire. But I’ve learned from my first mistake with her: Never mess with an intoxicated girl; it will lead to regret.
Maybe she’s right. There shouldn’t be anything occurring between us. I’ve always told myself I wouldn’t be pathetic enough to fall prey to being trapped and her actions in the past are a clear reminder of why I kept telling myself I wouldn’t. She isn’t the first girl who has given me a reason to harden my heart, nor will she be the last, because there is no fucking way I will ever let a girl tie me down.
Or have I already done so?
Because since the day I met her, she’s all I can ever think of.
Closing my eyes and throwing my head on the headrest, I let out a heavy sigh, thinking of her as I’ve done for hours. I don’t know what the hell I got myself into, but there is no one who will ever compare to her. I was stupid enough to think they could. She’s champagne when all I ever drink is beer, far beyond what I’m allowed to have.
