I read this book in one sitting, I was captivated from the first page to the last line and I really didn’t want Rebel Desire which is Ashley Murphy and Colton Banks story to end, I was left wanting more !
Ashley is everything you want in a heroine, she is strong, sassy and not afraid to go after what she wants and that is the total opposite of Colton who is comes across as a bit standoffish but when he finds himself needing help it’s Ashley he turns to and this is when their friendship starts to blossom. A lot time spent together leads to feelings coming to the surface and Colton realising he may want a relationship with this feisty woman who fights for what she believes in.......
I loved everything about this book, the characters, the journey as Ashley and Colton get to know each other, the sizzling chemistry and the witty banter. Rebel Desire is a fun entertaining read that I highly recommend to all romance lovers. 




This is Ashley Murphy and Colton Banks’s story and what an entertaining read this was. I was captivated from the first to the last chapter.

I struggled to relate to Colton at first, he seemed too arrogant and not particularly likeable. However I loved Ashley, she was feisty, sassy and the total opposite to Colton. I loved how when life throws one heck of a curve ball at Colton it is Ashley he turns to for help.

As their friendship develops, so does the chemistry that sizzles between them. There were times that I laughed and times that I was almost in tears whilst reading Rebel Desire but through it all you couldn’t help but cheer for Ashley and Colton to get their happily ever after. Ashley is everything that Colton never knew he was missing from his life and I loved watching their relationship develop.

This was a well written and entertaining story that is heart warming and left me with a smile on my face.

“Can I drive?” I ask, rubbing my hands together like an evil genius who just hatched a plan.

West appraises me for a moment before laughing. “That’d be a hell no.”

“Why?”

“This car’s got a lot of power.” He leans back against the passenger door smirking.

“Yup, sure does.”

“And you think you can handle it?”

Scoffing, I say, “I know I can.” One of the many things AJ and I bonded over when we became friends was our love of cars; while she prefers old, American muscle, I lust over supercars. Either way, she and I both like to go fast—really fucking fast. “Don’t tell me you’re one of those misogynistic assholes that think women can’t drive?”

“Not at all. I’m just territorial about my car.” A calculating glint shines in his blue eyes. “Give me one good reason I should let you behind the wheel of my baby.”

“I’ve wanted to drive one of these ever since it completed a lap of the Nürburgring Nordschleife track in just over seven minutes. You do realize you own the seventh fastest street legal vehicle, right?” I step into him, pressing my front to his, my hands roaming over the hard planes of his chest. “No lie, the thought of handling it gets my panties…” 

I trail off and West gulps, sliding his arms around me, tugging me impossibly closer. “Gets your panties what?” His voice is rough and gritty, rubbing over my libido the same way a stubbled jaw would my skin.

Bring my ears to his lips, I whisper, “Wet. It gets them wet.”

“Fuck,” he groans, every bit of his longing plain for me to hear—and feel, judging by the bulge pressing into my belly. “She’s all yours.”

I step back from him, a smug, victorious smile plastered to my face. “I knew you’d come around.”






This is the first book I have read by this author but it won’t be the last !
West Larson has just found out the terms to his grandfathers will and he is shocked to find out he needs to produce an heir before his 25 birthday to inherit, he racks his brain and the only solution is to convince his friend Stacia Kellan to have his baby...... Stacia thinks her old friend has lost his mind and her reaction is to refuse after all she has no intention of settling down and West isn’t the settling down type of man but West can be very convincing when it comes to something he needs.........
This story has all the feels what starts of as a friend asking a favor soon turns into a man wooing a lover, I laughed at West’s antics and I smiled at the witty banter but most of all I loved the moments of love this couple shared as they found their HEA. Characters with sizzling chemistry and plenty of witty banter make this a fun entertaining read and I will certainly be looking at other books by this very talented author.




L.K. Farlow is a relatively new author to me and why that is , I have no idea. The writing was strong and I found myself totally invested in West Larson and Stacia Kellan’s story.

In order to claim his inheritance, West must produce an heir before he turns twenty five. Turning to his an old friend Stacia, he asks her to have his baby and she immediately refuses. She has no intention of settling down any time soon. Stacia is the last woman his family will want him to be involved with, which makes her the perfect choice.

West refuses to take no for an answer and sets about a plan of attack to woo Stacia and get her to agree. I really liked West, there was something about him that ticked the boxes for me. Stacia is so feisty and sassy and I could easily see myself being friends with her.

There were times that I laughed and times that I was frustrated reading Rebel Soul but through it all you couldn’t help but cheer for West and Stacia to get their happily ever after. The chemistry between them is electrifying and the friendship and banter between them witty .

This was an entertaining story that is totally heart warming and made me smile.

Excerpt With the very tips of my fingers, I drag them down her arm to her elbow. I wrap my hand around her and pull her impossibly closer. Her head nestles against my chest as we sway to the music.
I keep her on the dance floor for at least four songs, unwilling to let her go. Thank God, they were all slow, because I don’t think I’m ready to really feel her move. Even now, with us merely rocking back and forth, her body feels so damn good pressed up against mine—and don’t even get me started on the way she occasionally presses her nails into my chest.
On song five, my luck runs out. The bass thumps low as she spins and presses her back into my front. Jenny may struggle to talk around me, but her body is saying all the things her words don’t. She swivels her hips as the tempo climbs, and the semi I’ve been sporting is in real danger of rivaling the damn tent the reception is being held in.
Seemingly unaware of my mental—and physical—struggle, Jenny keeps right on grinding her ass into me. Deciding to go with it, I palm her hips and move with her. My rhythm isn’t quite as good as hers, but we’re in sync enough for me to know we would be on-fucking-fire if we were doing this dance between the sheets instead.
Right, because that’s what I need to be thinking about right now.
 



L.K. Farlow is a new author to me and I have to say after reading Best of Intentions I’m struggling to understand why she hasn’t crossed my radar before now and I have to say I will certainly be checking out other books by this very talented author. This story captivated me I was hooked from the first page to the last line and I really didn’t want this book to end which is a sure sign you are reading something very special. Best of Intentions can certainly be read as a stand-alone well I’m prof of that but I will be going back to read Best Laid Plans and then I will probably re read this one to see if I can get anymore great feelings out of this perfect read. 
Sassy heroine and a swoon worthy hero all goes to make this story perfect, I loved the characters, I loved the plot but most of al I loved the chemistry and banter Nate and Jenny shared. I had all the feels I want and expect from a five star read and I can’t wait to dive into more from this author.




L.K. Farlow is a new author to me and why that is , I have no idea. From the first to the last chapter she had me enthralled. The writing was strong and I found myself totally invested in Nate Reynolds and Jenny Jones’s story.
Although a stand alone (I had no trouble reading as is) I would possibly suggest that you read Best Laid Plans first as from all that I have read, I believe it would enhance your enjoyment of this book.
There were times that I laughed and cried reading Best of Intentions as the emotions were all over the place. However this story is totally heart warming and made me smile.   
Both Nate and Jenny have fought their attraction for one another. Jenny is a good girl and he is a bit of a player, with no plans to commit or settle down. All that changes after Natalie’s wedding when Jenny bites the bullet and makes her move.
The chemistry between Nate and Jenny is electrifying and it is obvious to those around Nate that he has feelings for Jenny, but will he be prepared for the fall out after their passionate night together?
Can one night turn into a lifetime together? One click and find out.
