Fueled by pent-up lust and scotch, we stumbled into Oliver’s room and tore at each other’s clothes. It was hot and rough and a little bit violent, as if we were furious we hadn’t been able to keep our hands to ourselves and wanted to take it out on one another’s bodies. We pushed and pulled and growled and grasped. We called each other names and cursed viciously. We knocked over a lamp and ripped Oliver’s shirt. When we finally exploded together, Oliver had me up against the door, and if our yelling didn’t wake the entire floor, then the pounding must have. I’d have bruises for days. Afterward, we collapsed on the bed, naked and sweaty and exhausted. “Oh my God,” I said. “I can’t believe we did that.” “I know. Me either.” “I think I pulled a muscle.” “I think you bit me. Am I bleeding?” I laughed. “No, but I hope you’re not seeing anyone. If you are, she’s going to wonder about all those scratches on your back.” “I’m not seeing anyone.” He paused. “Are you?” “No.” Neither of us moved for several minutes. Having read the first book in the Cloverleigh Farm series, I was excited to see what Melanie Harlow had in store for Chloe Sawyer.
I knew Chloe would need a strong and determined man to capture and keep her heart. I was a little surprised by Oliver Ford Pemberton who I had a bit of trouble liking initially.
Oliver may be hot and charming but he is also the one who broke Chloe’s heart. Now he is back wanting another chance. The question is will Chloe put everything on the line for Oliver?
Chloe is such a fabulous character. She is strong, determined, feisty and above all committed to her family.
The chemistry between Chloe and Oliver is intense and it only intensified as the story progresses. There is a fine line between love and hate and Undeniable is a great example of this. The banter between them was at tines frustrating and humorous.
The secondary characters were awesome, particularly Oliver’s grandmother, who was so funny at times all the while calling a spade a spade.
Another great read from Melanie Harlow and i look forward to reading more in this series soon.

After reading Undeniable you can understand why Oliver and Chloe are so perfect for each other. They have known each other since birth and have built a unique friendship that has survived so many obstacles. They have experienced so many firsts with each other. They challenge each other. They have gone their separate ways but have come back to each other and have never stopped thinking about the other. They were simply meant to be together, but the time just had to be right.
This story is a sweet romance with the perfect amount of heat and a book you should definitely check out! 
This series is fast becoming one of my all time favourite’s I love the whole atmosphere of life at Cloverleigh Farm, I love the characters, the banter and the love and loyalty they all have for each other. This book is a bit different from the first, the story of Undeniable is spread over many years and the chapters switch between past and present and I have to say that worked so well because I felt getting to know the past Chloe and Oliver shared was needed to make this become the perfect read.
Chloe and Oliver have known each other since birth, they shared many firsts including broken bones but as they grew up so they grew apart and he became the sort of man Chloe hated or so she thought.
Is this a friends to lovers I would say no it’s more of a frienemies to lovers because deep down this couple still share the friendship that had growing up it just takes some pushes from Gran for them to realise it......
A sweet romance that has plenty of witty banter and just the perfect mix of passion, it’s a story that will make you swoon and smile so you should certainly check it out and I can’t wait for book 3.
