Glimmer was a slow burn romance but leaves nothing to the imagination.
I loved reading the slowly developing romance between Ramsey and Jimmy Stenson. Ramsey is a highly qualified accountant who has moved to a small town after her mother was diagnosed with cancer. When she struggles to find a job, she finds herself interviewing for an accountant position at a bar about fifteen miles away. What she didn't plan on happening was nearly being run off the road by her soon to be boss on her way to the interview.
Jimmy used to a member of The Brass MC in Chicago when after his wife leaves him, he asks for a sabbatical to be with his two young kids. He doesn't plan on finding a woman who he can't keep out of his head and then having her work for him.
As things develop, both Ramsey and Jimmy come to terms that there is no way that they can stay apart from one another. It doesn't hurt that both of Jimmy's kids love Ramsey and so does his father, Theo!
I really enjoyed reading this book and look forward to reading more from this author.
