Dylan
My dreams came true when I was adopted at ten.
I was the best on the ice. Living the life of what every kid dreams of.
We’ve been best friends since then. Even when she was the annoying little sister following us around.
I would do anything for her.
It is another family vacation; except this time it feels different. Everything feels different.
Alex
All my memories have Dylan in them. From the first time I fell off my bike, to the time I got my heartbroken for the first time.
He’s always been my protector, but it’s time to let the dream of being his go.
One last family trip, one last goodbye.
Except fate steps in and has other plans.
At the end of the day, you only get one forever.
5 stars plus
Only One Forever is hands down my favourite book written by the author to date.
I read it in one sitting and honestly felt drawn into the words…
This book is absolutely everything and then some. So much emotion packed into the storyline that you feel part of it all. I kid you not.
This is one of my top reads for 2022. The emotional pain in the book just tugged at my heart so much that I honestly held my breath! In anticipation…in worry and the way the extended family rallies around in support is heartwarming but also incredibly heart wrenching as well.
Best friends Dylan and Alex both have some decisions, and the worry they both experience is understandable but what happens when something is undeniably yours? What happens when you make someone a priority in life?
An unputdownable and highly emotional read!
