Raphael meets Sailor by chance one fateful night at his club La Reina. Ever since then he can't seem to get the white as snow blonde haired beauty out of his mind. Fast forward a few years and Sailor makes it back on his radar after she's attacked on her way to testify against one of Raphael's rival drug cartels. After that he swears to protect her and her son.
