Risk the Fall by Riley Hart is very noir and angst and exciting with solid pacing, I found that I was riveted by the first chapter . 

How Riven and Parrish grew to trust each other was written so well that I could sense their feelings and indecisions. 

 A great redemption story that had me wanting Riven to stay on the good side and not be tempted as easily as that could be Second chances in life are not easy to come by but honestly Riven deserved it. 

Parrish has a father who is not father-material!

 The tenderness that Parrish holds is amazing seeing who his family is and how they treat him! 

 Both Riven and Parrish haven't received enough physical contact, they craved and desired contact when they did it was a beautiful healing process of protection and understanding of each other.
