Synopsis

All is not what it seems especially in the Prince’s case! He's decidedly different, someone that could make his country proud. He becomes so much more to me in the way he treats his future princess! The storyline is captivating and unlike anything I have read before!

Sparks Fly a stand-alone from Lauren Runow, I haven’t read many books by this author but every book I read seems to be better than the last and this one captivated me, it drew me in and if I had to give you a phrase from the book that would describe this story it would be .........
“ Nothing is what you think. You have to find the truth in everything. At the end, is where we begin”Prince Sage needs a wife and he is inviting suitable candidate’s out for a meal with his parents the King and Queens, every girl on paper is perfect to become a princess and eventually the Queen but personalities are very different to resumes and blood lines........ Sage is attracted to Everly but the King wants nothing to do with this candidate and truth be known Everly doesn’t want to be a princess, so it’s up to Prince Sage to win her over and convince his father she is a worthy candidate.
I loved this story, it took me to a happy place and it left my everyday life behind, I loved the characters and I loved how Sage was not giving up on his heart. This book has it all, love, passion, the perfect mix of humour and friends that are loyal as well as obnoxious royals, this book will bring a smile to your face and this authors did a great job with Sparks Fly.
This book captured me from the get go. I’ve become such a big fan of Lauren Runow’s writing and this book has to be one of her best yet.
I loved the characters in this book, Everly and Sage. Everly’s character is definitely a strong heroine who doesn’t do the expected, but the unexpected. When she’s told by her mother that she has to meet with Prince Sage as she could be the next princess and possible queen. Everly, being as unique as possible, wants nothing to do with it but she refuses to disappoint her mother.
Prince Sage has to be wed by his twenty-fifth birthday and hates the idea of having to choose from only four women. He wants to marry someone that he actually likes and will possibly love. When he meets Everly, he’s beyond intrigued, and sets into motion a plan of epic proportions to see just what kind of woman Everly is.
I loved every page of this book. The twists and turns are fantastic and will have you NEEDING to know what happens next.
