Conjugal Visits, book 2 in the Souls Chapel Revenants MC is a bit different from what I have come to expect from Lani Lynn Vale, but not in a bad way. The book was broken up into three parts and was more focused on the relationship between Trouper and Beckham that spanned from their time as teenagers and onto them in their careers and finally during and after Trouper is incarcerated, than it was on the sex trafficking ring. With all that said, I thoroughly enjoyed the love story between Trouper and Beckham. It was one of those soul mate stories where they would find a way to be together no matter the obstacles that were thrown their way and they definitely had a few. 
I think this was a good addition to the series and I am looking forward to see what is coming next!

Conjugal Visits is the next book in the Souls Chapel Revenants MC series by Lani Lynn Vale. 

This series is unique to Ms Vale’s usual romantic comedies than I’m used to but I’m still really enjoying them from start to finish. 

Conjugal Visits is the story of Trouper and Beckham. Trouper and Beckham met when they were both 17 and nothing could pull them apart. Beckham’s father didn’t like Trouper from the beginning and made it clear that he wanted Trouper to stay well and truly far away from Beckham. But Beckham having the Spurlock stubbornness wasn’t have any of it. 

As they grew up and distance got in their way, they still stayed true to one another. They didn’t date anyone else and tried to keep in touch with each other whenever they could. 

When events unfold that lead to Trouper going to prison, Beckham still stood by his side even when everything started to fall apart. 

This book shows that romance still can stand the test of time even when forces are trying their best to force them apart. 

I’m really looking forward to reading the stories of the other members in the Souls Chapel Revenants MC.
