The story of Carmine Martinelli and Nadia Tarenkov, two members of rival mafia families was enthralling and had me on the edge of my seat all the way through. I could not put this book down! When Nadia and Carmine are tasked to work together after an attack on the Tarenkov family, they had no idea they would end up being much more than just respectable members of their family’s organisations.
The twists and turns of this book were absolutely amazing! I love the development of all the characters that occur during this book and not just Carmine and Nadia. When things seem that they become impossible for them, their families decide to surprise them!
I cannot recommend this book enough! Definitely grab this book and I can’t wait to read the next two books of the series!
