Jetmir Volkov-Tijuana is the heir to a substantial cartel and has had his eyes set on Anya Santos for awhile.
Anya Santos loves everything to do with photography and also thought she knew the man she had fallen in love with until his secrets are revealed one tragic night when they were nearly killed.
Years later, Jetmir is setting plans in motion to win the love of his life back but Anya doesn’t forgive and forget easily, especially when the ones she loves are hurt.
I love the development of Jetmir’s character in this book. He goes from a tough as nails mobster to near grovelling to get Anya back.
Something else I loved about this book was the multiple points of view from characters that may not be main characters in this book but have been in previous books. It gave the book a fresh perspective and I loved it.
I can’t wait to read what happens in the next book!
