Chiara’s character honestly did my head in with all of her insecurities. I’m not saying that they weren’t valid, because believe me they are definitely believable and I can definitely see other people struggling with those same feelings. However, I felt that they overtook the book. 

Sebastian also has his own demons that he is dealing with and definitely grows throughout this story. 

Overall, I think it’s a great book and definitely worth reading! I can’t wait to read Malia’s book next!

Our Italian Summer is a book that I wasn’t expecting from Jennifer Probst and absolutely loved. 

It’s about three generations of Ferrari women who take the trip of a lifetime and tour Italy together. Francesca is a workaholic who doesn’t make enough time for her teenage daughter, Allegra. When Allegra gets arrested one night, Francesca finally realises that maybe it’s time they spend some quality time together. 

It’s hard for her to step away from her business that she built from the ground up but when her health starts to suffer because of it, she starts to think that her Mum, Sophia may be onto something with a tour of Italy. 

I loved the family dynamic in this book and how the relationships develop throughout the book. It makes me missing my Mum and wishing that maybe someday we can take a trip with my two daughters. 

I highly recommend this book!

He repeated the question. “I need to know. Why was it easier not to believe me?”

This time, she didn’t hesitate. “Because then I could pretend you weren’t the man I really wanted.”

“And do you? Want me?”

She jerked back. Her tongue slipped out to wet her bottom lip. Her voice was barely a whisper. “Yes.”

It can definitely be read as a stand-a-lone as I have and you don’t feel like you’re missing out on anything. 

Bella Sunshine-Caldwell is the epitome of a strong woman. She has lived through a tragedy and now works full-time as a wedding/event planner and is also a single mom. 

After losing her husband and father to her daughter, she pours herself into the family business. She keeps her head down and is determined to make Sunshine Bridal the success her and her sisters have always dreamed. 

What she doesn’t expect is an outsider to join their business. Gabe Garcia loves planning weddings and events and seeing the joy on his client’s faces. But what he’d really like to see is the joy on Bella’s face. Wow what a great start to a new series!!!

This is a fun entertaining read with great characters and a great story, it has all the feels you want in a great book and it’s small town romance at its best.
Avery Sunshine runs Sunshine Bridal with her two sisters and it’s their job to make dreams come true, it’s their job to make the perfect wedding day and when her best friend announces her engagement she couldn’t be happier to make her day perfect, what she didn’t expect was to deal with the brides brother on a day to day basis and she certainly didn’t expect him to question every choice she put forward and more to the point she didn’t expect Carter Ross to be so hot!!!!!
Carter and Avery end up butting more than just heads as they get to know each other and feelings come to the surface but Carter has always said relationships are not for him will Avery be the woman to make him change his mind....
This book ticked all my boxes, I smiled, I laughed and at times I cried but most importantly I loved every minute of this fun small town romance and I can’t wait for the next visit to Cape May.

Book one in an exciting new series from Jennifer Probst and she is off to a good start. This was a fun and entertaining book that had me captivated from the first to the last chapter. I love the main couple Avery Sunshine and Carter Ross; they really were so right for one another if only they could see that.

There were times I laughed and times I cried, but above all I found it an enjoyable read that left me with a smile on my face.
