Misadventures in the Cage is a perfect addition to the Misadventures Series! It is a fun, sweet romance that is filled with a few crazy moments and serious ones as Callan and Josie navigate their way through a relationship that started off as a short, two week, steamy romance to a year of no contact and on to a long distance relationship. Neither could deny their feelings but their timing was just always off.
You will have to read this book to see if they can manage to overcome all of the obstacles that have been thrown in their way! Enjoy!

I really enjoyed reading Misadventures in the Cage.

Josie Gray is the personal assistant to her brother, Xavier Gray, a renown MMA fighter. When she decides to go to one of her favorite bars, she meets a stranger that she doesn't want to let go.

Callan Walsh is an MMA fighter in Las Vegas for his first ever championship fight. When he decides to find an "off the beaten path" bar, he doesn't expect to find a woman to capture his attention or distract him from his goal of winning that belt.

There were so many aspects of this story that I loved. First, Josie is an African American woman whose dream is to become a chef. She doesn't want to be a part of her brother's crazy reality television circus but she feels like she has to repay him for helping her through culinary school. I love that Josie has goals and dreams that she's not ready to give up.

I loved that both Callan and Josie's characters helped each other with their dreams. They made each other stronger. Even though they had their hiccups with their relationship, they still didn't give up on their feelings for one another.

This book was extremely well written and I would definitely recommend it!

Meet the Author

Sarah Robinson first started her writing career as a published poet in high school, and then college, winning several poetry awards and being published in local literary journals.

Never expecting to make a career of it, a freelancing Craigslist job accidentally introduced her to the world of book publishing. Lengthening her writing from poetry to novels, Robinson published her first book through a small press publisher, before moving into self-publishing, and then finally was picked up by Penguin Random House two years later.

She most recently contracted with Loveswept for a contemporary romance series, KAVANAGH LEGENDS, that surrounds a tight-knit Irish family of MMA fighters in the Bronx. She is also exploring the arena of women’s fiction and has a lot of exciting things planned for the next few years!

The Gallo family are one of my all time favourite families so when I heard we were going to get the next generation stories in the Men of Inked: Heatwave Series I was excited and let me tell you Flame did not disappoint it was everything I have come to expect from this very talented author and so much more. Chelle Bliss has once again given us everything we want in a great read whilst catching up with those swoon worthy now older Gallo’s and their families.
If you watched Gigi grow up in the earlier books you know it was going to take a special type of man to tame her, the man she gives her love to needs to be strong, passionate and pure alpha. Pike is perfect for Gigi he won’t stand for any nonsense and he will protect her with his life if needed but will her father and the rest of the Gallo clan welcome him into their life’s .........
I loved this book, it gave me all the feels I want in a brilliant read, strong characters with sizzling chemistry as well as catching up with old favourites made this the perfect read but that being said if you haven’t met the Gallo’s before now I believe you will still love Flame so what are you waiting for get your one click finger one clicking.

I love the Gallo family and when I heard that Chelle Bliss had a new series coming out and that the heroine was Gigi Gallo, Suzy and City’s 21 year old daughter, I was so excited. However be prepared this book ends in a bit of a cliff hanger.

I have always loved Gigi’s character and have enjoyed watching her grow into a feisty, smart, independent young woman; her story did not disappoint.

I love that at the heart of these books is the love of family and what they will do for each other and those they love. However, having said that I was frustrated at times at how the family treated Gigi, I think they thought she was still 5 years old.

The man who Gigi fell for was always going to need to be strong enough to hold his own with the sassy, feisty young woman. In my opinion Pike Moore is arrogant, cocky, definitely an alpha male and is the perfect man for Gigi.

Pike is shocked to learn that the woman he spent passionate time with is his new bosses’s daughter. They are drawn to one another, like a moth to a flame with intense chemistry that cannot be ignored.

When Pike’s past comes back to haunt him, he will do what ever it takes to keep Gigi safe.
There was danger, drama, angst and so much chemistry between Gigi snd Pike that one was in danger of being scorched.

This was a fast paced, hot, steamy story full of surprising twists and turns which will keep you on the edge of your seat. Once click now you will not be disappointed. Chelle Bliss has another winning series on her hands in my opinion.

Misadventures with My Ex is another perfect addition to this fun series!

It is a sweet second chance romance between the sexy, hot guy and the beautiful, sassy woman, but in order to find there happily ever after they have to overcome betrayal and lies in order to find the passion and love. 
West left Eryn at the altar three years earlier and is back to make amends and get back his girl. She is just not interested until he works his charms and reminds her of what they were together, but that doesn’t mean she is going to easily trust him. It is fun to read how hard he has to work to win her all over again, but the effort is worth it in the end! 

Eryn Hope was left a shattered woman by Weston Quaid after he left her at the altar. Fast forward three years and everything is about to change and not necessarily for the better. Ms.Black had me from the first chapter, hook line and sinker; I really could not put this one down.

Thanks to his family West was forced to walk away from the women he loved and now it seems that fate is about to play another game of chance with their lives.

This is a second chance at love story with a twist. I really enjoy Shayla Black’s writing style and although there were times that I was frustrated, all in all I enjoyed this book. There was passion, love, angst, betrayal and forgiveness woven into the story line and I was anxious to see how it would all play out.

Despite the years and the hurts of the past, passion and attraction still burns bright between West and Eryn, so much so that she contemplates giving him another chance. Can West and Eryn rebuild the love and trust they had or has it been shattered beyond repair?

Shayla Black is not one of my go to authors but the Misadventures Series certainly are must reads for me so I was excited to read an author I don’t read all the time and this author did not disappoint, once again another great story from the team of very talented authors who make up this Misadventures Series.

Eryn Hope had her heart broken once before by Weston Quaid when he left her at the altar but that was 3 years ago and times have moved on or have they !!. Weston knows he made a mistake letting his family intervene in his personal life but that doesn’ mean Eryn is ready to try again with the man who shattered her. Sometimes fate steps in when we least expect it and sends us down a road we never planned to go and that’s exactly what’s happens for this couple.
If you love Second Chance romance you will certainly want this book on your TBR list, it has the perfect mix of romance, angst with just a mix of humour. Looking forward to more from the Misadventures gang who  certainly know how to give us great reads.

The Misadventures Series is written by so many different and wildly talented authors and I cannot wait to read the next book in the series. Misadventures with a Book Boyfriend was a great addition.

When Bailey’s politician husband turns up dead the stakes become so much higher than anyone particularly Oliver expected.  Particularly when Oliver’s best friend and roommate Skye decides to stand for the suddenly vacated position.

This was an emotional read, it was full of romance, humour, drama and angst and had me captivated as Oliver and Bailey were swept up in the tide. The chemistry between Oliver and Bailey was overwhelming and the twists and turns were an added  bonus.

Victoria Blue created a great story and it is a fabulous addition to one of my favourite series.

Misadventures with a Book Boyfriend ended up being so much more than I originally thought. It is a fun, sexy story with a twist! 

Oliver’s new business venture takes him into uncharted territories but what he finds is a true life fairytale ending. 
He meets Bailey and their relationship is complicated especially when it interferes with the relationship he has with his best friend. This story kept me on my toes. I kept wondering throughout most of the story if Bailey was worthy of Oliver’s affection and if they would actually end up together and I hated that it might cost him a long time friendship. 
This book is a great addition to the Misadventures series! 

Victoria Blue is a new author to me and after reading this book I’m left wondering why she hasn’t crossed my radar before now. The Misadventures Series is fast becoming a favourite of mine as I love discovering new authors amongst old faithful favourites all giving us a different spin with Misadventures. I was hooked from the first page of Misadventures with a Book Boyfriend and I have to be honest I swooned a lot over the seriously hot Oliver an ex model who when he founds himself short of money comes up with the idea of becoming a book boyfriend but he needs help so he enlists the help of his  roommate Skye. Skye can’t see where this business is heading and when Oliver starts seeing one of his clients Skye is left wondering is this is the end for their friendship. Best friends forever until one of them crosses the line.......

I loved the characters as well as the story, it was an easy to read book that captivated me so I will certainly be checking out other books by Victoria Blue. Great read.
